Service Description

Context provides AI-generated location intelligence briefings. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Briefings are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for business decisions without independent verification.

Subscriptions

• Context offers a free tier (1 briefing per day) and premium subscriptions.
• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

AI Content Disclaimer

All briefing content is generated by AI and may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Numbers, names, and facts presented in briefings should be independently verified before use in professional contexts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orensa Group GmbH is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
